Due to the size, weight, and fragile nature of our lighting fixtures, all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
We encourage clients to carefully review product specifications, dimensions, and installation requirements before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
Damaged or Defective Items
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with protective measures in place.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the original packaging
• A photo of the shipping label
• Your order number
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will coordinate the appropriate resolution.
Items that have been installed, altered, or modified are not eligible for damage claims.
Installation
Professional installation is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or electrical work.
