Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Delivery Time

Shipping & Packaging
All lighting fixtures are carefully packaged to help ensure safe delivery.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Large & Oversized Items
Due to the size and weight of certain fixtures, some deliveries may require scheduled service or additional coordination.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Velora is not responsible for delays or additional fees resulting from incorrect shipping information.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details on submitting a claim.
